Returns & Refunds Policy

At The Starseed Sisterhood, we want you to love and connect with every product you purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Certain types of items are exempt from being returned, such as:

  • Digital products (e.g., e-books, courses)
  • Services (e.g., tarot readings, Reiki sessions)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Gift Cards
  • Sale Items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items
  • Services
  • Digital Products
  • Custom of Personalized items. 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at thestarseedsisterhood@gmail.com .

Shipping

To return your product, you will be responsible for shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the stated period:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
